Whereas, the pain point was to bring a friendly competition among the team without creating a toxic work environment. So, it is important to assess the team in various diameters (like no: of products sold, revenue generated, client feedback etc.). Sometimes the underperformer of the week might have a reputation which brought loyal clientele to the company, which is also valued for the growth of the organization. Client's positive feedbacks can boost the team member's sales generation in the coming weeks. The team lead can not only view the top performer, but also have an overview of total sales, expenses and revenue made in daily, weekly, quarterly or yearly basis. Various filters are also provided to view specific contents.
