To solve this week's problem I created Perks in Review a CRM add-on that integrates into scheduling software to provide reviews for local and small businesses.
When consumers receive an email or text thank you for their visit they are prompted to leave a review. Since video reviews provide more trust and traffic, businesses can offer incentives to leave video reviews. This design shows the text version where a recent visitor can easily leave a review. Businesses get premade templates for text and email that are easily customizable that can match their brand. They are then able to use the review across their marketing with checked consent from the consumer or to know how they are doing.
Perks in Review is geared toward the support of small and local businesses consumers can sign up and find local and small businesses to leave reviews for discounts. 88% of people reading reviews do so to judge the quality of a business and the same amount trust online reviews just as much as in person.
