Hey guys! For this question, I tried breaking it down to further small problems. So when do the user customize the product? Do they even consider customizing the product ? Why would they customize the product and stay signed up for monthly subscription?
So I went on my journey to explore these questions. Come join me ..
I did not wanted to hinder the user's shopping experience by asking if they want to customize . So after then select a product and move on checkout page, they get an option to add a gift if they want.
I added 2 buttons, one to depict the quantity of gift is 0, this way they don't get tensed after seeing a gift in their cart. Second I added a button to customize it.
On the customize page, the user has limited options to choose from.
I made a screen listing the pros of having a loyalty card. This wat the user knows what to expect and incentivized them to return and buy again.
A clear CTA is provided for user to complete each action.
I have made use of common icons in my designs, so that the audience recognize them instantly, helping with navigation and tasks.
The colors used, pass the accessibility criteria of WCAG.
