1.We can reduce the onboarding process since adding screen for - “what would you like to discuss first “ nobody knows future concerns and probabilities may change. 2Also mode of communication can’t be fixed so that can be removed from onboarding. Adding this can restrict further usage 3.For booking appointment adding swiping interaction for date selecting is causing more motor and time efforts can change that to something simple and fast. Rest flow is clear.
