This week's challenge Relationship Advice Challenge When I am in a relationship, I want to be able to get unbiased help from a professional, so my partner and I can be as happy as possible. Heal me is a viable solution for the problem mentioned above. The work is done on Figma , at the presentation canvas ratio-4:3 The first slide - the cover page is inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi - which means repairing broken china with gold. Our motto - is similar - "making the broken beautiful ". Going ahead, we have a sign-up page where you can give your details and get the service when needed. The lower tab shows - home, previous bookings, my doctor, and the main "heal me"- profile. Home - is a simple page where you can get a new service or enrol on any live webinars or get some counselling. Booking - shows you previous bookings, and if you liked the service of a mental health coach, it gives you a scope to book him again. Community - is the way of showing/building patronage. You can stay anonymous and post a query to get a resolution from a biased third person or may resolve someone's query again being a third party (neutral -by gender and also otherwise) Heal me or me- is my profiler - which lets me edit my profile, view my subscription, suspend my subscription, and take a quick mental health check, and we have a tab for KYD- Know your doctor. Under KYD - There is also an option to chat with the doctor you are paying for. We have a subscription model - where you can also subscribe to the VIP Pass and get access to schedule a video call and physical meetings per the coach's availability. I have given a special tab Mpal- where you can talk to a bot - he can listen to your query. And give you only a generic answer (AI) and after that, connect you with a coach. You can also register to be a coach - provided you have some relevant experience/certification etc. How this works - You are having a relationship crisis - you have an app called heal me - you connect with a coach (a certified professional and our partner- through our VIP pass, you can choose to meet them individually or as a couple or get online therapy done- get a resolution - again get into a conflict 😂 I am an economist trying to make it as a designer. I have zero experience in designing or as a designer. Hope to receive some feedback from this learned community Thanks for your time and consideration ☺️

- padding needed in the design of every screen - The contrast in the 2nd screen is decreasing the text visibility. - In the last slide, the Message boxes are too attached to the sides that it look like some part of message is hidden under the edges.
@Tanya My concern was for this as you added in description “You can stay anonymous and post a query to get a resolution from a biased third person or may resolve someone's query again being a third party” third party user maybe a professional or may be a random user, so I think this should be restricted to only professional so they can give unbiased solutions. I know VIP will definitely have an advantage, but for most of them getting issues resolved at the earliest is the most important. Since for nourishing relationship someone has involve profession this is not great to give offers or discounts to be as a vip member. Nobody Would wish to visit professional happy to get discounts for this… It’s psychological aspect. That’s my perspective. 😊 rest good work…
Hey sheru, Thank you for your valuable feedback!!! I would surely try to use the above-mentioned concepts in the reiterated versions. Thanks for the article too. Will give it a try !!
Hey Tanya! Good job on completing the challenge and submitting your design. Talking from a UX point of view: 1. You have covered the user journey well. 2. All screens keep well with each other and shows thoughtfulness. Some pointers to consider: 1. The typeface is a Serif which is fine but maybe a mix of a Sans Serif for content and Serif for heading might work better. An article to help: https://xd.adobe.com/ideas/principles/web-design/best-modern-fonts-for-websites/ 2. I felt that a few screens could use more White Space, it helps focus the attention where you'd want. I found this article helpful: https://www.interaction-design.org/literature/article/the-power-of-white-space#:~:text=White%20space%20(negative%20space)%20is,UI)%20elements%20nor%20specific%20content. Hope this helps! Cheers!
Hey shivangi, Thanks for your valuable feedback!! Would definitely try to incorporate these in the reiterated version. Thanks again!!!
Hey vaishnavi, Thank you for your valuable feedback. The community feature is added as a generic feature. And not to be confused with the professional advice. The vip feature is just to give some added benefit. Although you can still talk and consult with the mental health coach as and when needed paying his fee. With the vip pass you can get the concession of 25% everytime you book the appointment. Vip membership is added to ring-fence the customer. I really appreciate your feedback and would try and incorporate it in a more meaningful way in the reiterated versions. Thanks again!!!
1)Including a feature where a user posts their personal issues anonymously is a good feature, but when they get replied to by a third user other than professionals then this can create biases after all solution that works for one may not work for another. So the user has to get guided advice from professionals only who are eligible to treat their issues. 2)Getting to be treated by a professional should not force users to turn To VIP rather can keep this economical and equal for all setting up proper pricing as per professionals.
May be a screen for video call should be added. Also if you are planning to add a VIP pass you should may be think about adding more advantages of using a VIP pass. The colo
