Problem Statement: When users travel back in time, they want to be able to select from a range of different places and time periods so they can learn more about history. Product Goals: - Users should be able to browse through famous historic events and choose from them to travel to. - Users should be able to choose time periods and place manually. - Clean and clear interface, where users can easily understand and navigate through different options. Solution: My primary goal was to add all necessary features in a way that is quite intuitive and easy to understand. I started with research and came up with every statement possible regarding what the user will be needing once they get an app that can travel back in time. I added a feature where they can enter date/time period and places manually and travel there. Moreover, they can choose from famous historic events that occurred and browse different events that happened in that time period. This was a really fun challenge and I do intend to take this forward and make a whole case study about this and work on it more to complete the journey from start to finish. I'd appreciate if you show your support. Thanks and regards!

Hey Sara, I think you have outdone most contestants. -Bottom navigation would help users with navigations -Show screens once so that people can study it easily here. -Entering time details is not necessary as no one will know the exact moment what happened in history. -You could have given search bar in the main screen to easily navigate for a better UX
Love the UI and app features. I love how you have created screens for all the main features. Although, it would have been easier to understand if the screens were placed in order of user flow. The images used could have been more appropriate to the Era they are representing. Such as, The Trojan War illustration could have been a painting that uses the art style of the period so that the user knows where they are going easily
Nida Khan, thank you for sharing your feedback. I agree that there can be so much that can be done around the radial menu. Hoping to take this further and bring improvements to the design.
Saurabh Shah, an excellent idea indeed. That's a very valuable feedback as it can actually help in improving the UX for the user. I am planning to take this further and make a whole case study, plus improved designs for this and this radial menu for selection of year/events can be really awesome. Thank you for your valuable feedback!
Alok B, Thank you so much!
It's clean and looks interesting. Would love to see a what more can you do with the journey. Good luck!
Hey Sara your UI is on point. Really commendable work on the UI. I am not sure about the radial time selector. The radial gestures of swipe is really uncommon and doesn't come easily to many users. So it is best to avoid them. Also I think the 'Go' Button could be just like the 'lets get started' button to maintain the consistency in the design.
Great UI solutioning and inclusion of use-cases! Very neat and intuitive. One comment on the time wheel, while it is more intuitive to have for the hour and minute, generally as a user I am not sure of the time and is a less frequent use-case. As opposed to that I would feel more excited if you would bring the radial menu in Date / Year or events. A nod to the bifurcation of events menu into cultural, wars and other sections. + average cost addition to listing :) Would really love to use it IRL!
Looks beautiful and interesting idea for the use of radial menu!
Looks very organised, clean and easy to use. Great work!
Awesome Design Love it! (particularly the time selecting component )
