I ideated majorly upon the following: 1. At what point of experience the user will be eligible and intuitively able to give feedback? 2. When will the user feel naturally motivated to give feedback? 3. What could motivate the user even more to give feedback? I thought of a general business/service persona and accordingly designed a screen that captures the solution.

Problem was to give solution about video testimonial not audio! Discount voucher can motivate the user to come back and order again and also give review tho it can increase cost of business
I don't think this is a good solution. It don't have the place to upload video and image, sending review as voice is not enough to make clients decide to buy the product. The UI is clean, but i think the contrast is not good. And you miss some screens to explain the flow of the challenge.
Efforts appreciated !!! I really liked this solution. As most of the people don't want to give review except 2 types of customer - the delighted one and the frustrated one. - the reward system is really helpful, even thought it will cost some bucks to give reward but this can lead to better sales stats. - but if we directly give money for writing testimonials, then there'd be a lot of people including spammer. what would you do for that. the company would lose a lot of bucks. - you can reward the user with some reward points so that he'll stay tuned to increase his points. Also put some prizes which will be given in exchange of reward points. The last thing, you forgot that the challenge was to collect video testimonial also, but I appreciate the voice note idea, as many shy people don't want to be on the camera. some don't want to type either.
