I noted the required conditions and researched them and designed the UI to meet the stated conditions. There's a bar graph to track each member's sales progress during the day. The team leader can easily view individual members' performances and reward them accordingly.

Hey @akansha, you designs are good. But i have a scenario running in my mind. Suppose if a company like google is using this dashboard, then don't you think that your bar chart functionality will not work, as the company will have quite good number of employees. So i think that you have to consider that case as well. The look and feel of app in good, but i suggest to use more vibrant colours which could provide a kind of corporate look and fell. Try selecting colour palatte from coolors or any other website so that it could look more better.
The design looks complex to understand. The colored lines on the graph represent different people but how is one to know which color represents whom. The color gradient looks different on each screen I like that you've tried to use icons and colors to their full potential!
If a reward is unlocked for Rahul, then Rahul should get the notification automatically. Don't need the "Share to Rahul" tab. Padding of "Best selling product table" need to be increased
