Before I discuss the challenge, I want to express my gratitude to Alex Barker for founding Crowwwn. <This is my very first post> Coming to the challenge part, I began with a paper wireframe to generate ideas because I already knew how I wanted my solution to look and feel. So it didn't take long to start designing the user interface, and yes, I went with a blue hue and light style. Aside from the performance tracker for each team member, I didn't include any fancy features. I took care of user onboarding and left few tips for better engagement. As for the rest, I'll let your excellent input assist me. If you have any questions, please ask them in the comments section and I'll do my best to respond.

I love that you've created an app instead of a dashboard. The Email alerts make it easy to track a team's performance. The is solves the problem, though I would've loved to see more metrics used for judging the performance. Clean and minimal design. Good work!
Hi @Anand K: I appreciate your writing. Thank you!! I created the app with the sole purpose of tracking performance, adhering to the challenge's specified requirements IMO option to chat is an additional feature but not a UX problem.
Hey @Alok, I must say You have good UI knowledge but I want to ask what if the head of the team wants to communicate with the top performers through your app so, is there any option to solve this UX problem.
Thank you anand
To easily access the team's data in hand, I went with a mobile app design where you access the data on a go any time any where
