Seeing the challenge, I had an idea for creating an app that would list your salespeople. Each of them can be chosen and statistics can be obtained for their work. Additionally, each seller owned the application and entered his own sales. From the menu (on the top right) you can choose current ranking and see who has earned the most from their sales.

I would like to thank you for your feedback. It's really helpfull, I'll keep it in my mind for the next project.
The color choice and ribbon design to show employee stats are interesting. There are issues with padding in employee rankings I can't help but pay attention to the red line across designs. At first I thought it was part of user flow but now it seems like a distracting element
Some points for improvement : 1. In the last screen, the employees tabs should be same size, you can differentiate them by using different color or highlighting the Rank. There are padding issue in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th employee tabs. 2. In the 4th Screen, Performance FLOW you can use first three letters of month, eg. JAN, FEB, MAR, APR instead of J F M A because the user don't want to solve mysteries when he has some important tasks to do. 3. The white space is under-utilized. (percentage of total sales )
