Firstly, thanks Crowwwn team for coming up with this challenge. The task here was to create a system to track the sales performance of the team. Whereas, the pain point was to bring a friendly competition among the team without creating a toxic work environment. So, it is important to assess the team in various diameters (like no: of products sold, revenue generated, client feedback etc.). Sometimes the underperformer of the week might have a reputation which brought loyal clientele to the company, which is also valued for the growth of the organization. Client's positive feedbacks can boost the team member's sales generation in the coming weeks. The team lead can not only view the top performer, but also have an overview of total sales, expenses and revenue made in daily, weekly, quarterly or yearly basis. Various filters are also provided to view specific contents.

Love the aimlab reference in the title!
I love how you manifested friendly competition. The design looks easy to use and solves the problem. I love the use of color for an even friendlier vibe. From UI to UX, everything looks on point. Great work!
Creat colour combination and followed the ice method as is..simple and eye catching
Looks really cool. Good design and color palette. I like how you have used the white space.
Very clear and precise design. Easy for the user to understand and navigate. Smart usage of colours to distinguish the different categories.
@Anand K, thanks a lot for your feedback. I have included the feature in the filter dropdowns on top where you can find the daily reports.
Well designed and well executed with thoughtful colors and design elements. Again loved the color play, to indicate different sections. Also the way shapes are played, and the curved edges give a smooth design aesthetics. Overall visual experience felt so good and the entire design language created an ease of use too.
I think you should add a drop down arrow in date section, which helps user to check top performer at particular date in the past.
Simple and easy to understand. I like how you included client remarks.
Portrayed all the contents neatly. Enough space between each details. The colour palette used is pleasing for the eyes. All the details are included in a single frame as well.
Great work on identifying the pain points in case of larger teams! I can see that you have provided filters such as department, location, product etc. to narrow down the dataset. This is often overlooked by designers and dashboards often looks like a data dump in real world scenarios.
Great colors and layout. Would love to recreate some of the design elements in my PowerBi dashboards. Kudos!
hey, nice colors used and design is clean also
The project helped me to think apart from my domain of work. It had the capacity to rewire UX thought process. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
