it's one of the simplest design 1 open app 2 choose gender ( as exercises will be shown as per genders) 3 choose a training level 4 choose the time at which you can exercise daily 5 choose a specific part you want to target ( if not choose the full body) 6 start exercising at that time 7 you'll get the notification everyday at that time which you have chosen

Hey Suraj, I absolutely love the color scheme you have opted for and the idea to set time to workout. There are some things that I would like you to reconsider 1. Your font hierarchy is not accurate. Font size looks way to big. Also the size of font in continue and save and pause button differs massively. It needs to be consistent. 2 There is some alignment issue. In the have a rest screen. Skip button and +30 buttons are not aligned. 3. Font is not properly aligned in the 6th screen(week based workout screen) Bicep curls is left aligned rest all the name is center aligned. 4. Instead of having 3*12 as a main title you could've given the exercise name as main title. 5. There is no back button in many of the screens 6.Nowhere in the flow you have asked about equipment or mention about equipment for workout which was the main challenge to solve 7. In Incline pushup page you have simply written 09 which create confusion that whether it is 9 min or 9 secs left. Mention of unit in this case is really important. Rest all is good hope you understood what I was trying to say.
Focused and clutter free. Great design 👍
