The challenge highlighted 2 main task flows: mentor sending available times and mentee picking a time. Left: Mentor can update their availability calendar for any of their mentees/contacts to choose from. They can scroll through dates/times and tap to add time blocks. Middle: Mentee can initiate meeting request based on mentor's availability. Right: Mentor can see all their meetings and requests on one page. Design Process 1. Desk research to understand use cases and existing services 2. Define and scope the final design and key interactions 3. Explore, sketch, and wireframe required UI patterns 4. Mockup key screens and self assess Future considerations: It would be nice for mentors to also have the option to send specific time slots to specific contacts. If you have a lot of mentees, a public availability calendar can intimidating or you might just want to make accommodations for one person.
