My solution for managing inventories and payments for small business owners is minimal and simple to use. I made a screen for categories to make it easy to categorize items in the inventory and an button to add and remove items easily. The other screen shows the list of products with a item count and few details of product and a remove button. The payment screen has a list of orders received in a month with the total amounts. I also added a screen for orders to check on 'in progress' and 'delivered' orders so it's easy to keep the inventory updated based on the sales.
