Hey everyone! I didn't explain my process in the description because of some issue. So here it is : I made this e-scooter rental app for this week's challenge. In this solution, I have shown the process of paying quickly by scanning the QR code of e-scooter when it's available on the rental shop. The user can scan it by tapping on "Scan to unlock" button on the home screen and the user will get the product description then user can easily pay the rent as shown on the third screen. After paying the rent, the user will get a success message and after closing it, he can track his trip. Feedbacks are always appreciated.

Your design is visually very appealing. But when we actually consider the problem statement, I doubt the effectiveness of your design solution. One has to make the payment easily to start with the e-bike journey, usually when we choose a card(debit/credit) it automatically detects the type of card(master or visa). So you dont have to push the user to choose the type of card. I really doubt whether a user will choose paypal for this purpose(if the user is an international traveler, it can be an option though)There is no option for any sort of upi which would be much easier to complete the payment.

As others said, the contrast might be a problem in your design. The user can start the payment process only if they can confirm their travel destination which would be really difficult on an outdoor place on a sunny day.

For this challenge, I created an electric scooter ordering application that is integrated with several scooter stations. On the first page there is a scan and gps button that can be used to find out the location of the nearest scooter station and the user's location. On the second page users can use their gps to set the starting location of the scotter station and their destination, which is adjusted to the nearest destination scooter station. On the third page after the user selects a destination, the user will be shown a choice of scooter along with specifications and prices which will then take the user to the checkout page. For e-scooter app that have easy payment system and travelling experience , I made Scootero app which have all the basic e-scooter app features + extra features that makes user experience much easy and fruitful . For the payment and transaction the user will add gpay/card account and the transactions will be made through it and user will have seamless transaction experience . I also added real time cost and time spend area so that user knows how much they really are spending . One of the major problem while using these kind of apps was that we had to switch to another navigation app for the directions so I added inbuilt navigation(maps) in the app in which user can add the location and get the accurate direction thus user now dont have to leave the app and will have much smoother experience .

Hello, for this week's challenge I have designed very simple, yet efficient app for electric scooters. Only one tap to find out how many and where the electric scooters are!
The first screen shows us a map with all available electric scooters based on your actual location. A user can hop on the scooter, locate the destination on the app, and make payment easily by just scanning the QR code of the scooter. A user can hop on the scooter, locate the destination on the app, and make payment easily by just scanning the QR code of the scooter. In this digital world, users can make payments quickly via applications like Google Pay, PhonePe, etc. I also came up with adding credit/debit card payments if the user doesn't have the other online payment method and plus there are other options like Net banking, EMI, and Pay later.
