Sales Team Challenge

Hello all, this is my exploration about sales team challenge. I created dashboard that can track the sales activities. Admin can gift the member with the top selling. Feel free to give your feedback. Thank you.

This is a Sales Tracking Dashboard Design. You can track your sales activity every day. I hope you will like this concept. :)

Firstly, thanks Crowwwn team for coming up with this challenge. The task here was to create a system to track the sales performance of the team. Whereas, the pain point was to bring a friendly competition among the team without creating a toxic work environment. So, it is important to assess the team in various diameters (like no: of products sold, revenue generated, client feedback etc.). Sometimes the underperformer of the week might have a reputation which brought loyal clientele to the company, which is also valued for the growth of the organization. Client's positive feedbacks can boost the team member's sales generation in the coming weeks. The team lead can not only view the top performer, but also have an overview of total sales, expenses and revenue made in daily, weekly, quarterly or yearly basis. Various filters are also provided to view specific contents.

Before I discuss the challenge, I want to express my gratitude to Alex Barker for founding Crowwwn. <This is my very first post> Coming to the challenge part, I began with a paper wireframe to generate ideas because I already knew how I wanted my solution to look and feel. So it didn't take long to start designing the user interface, and yes, I went with a blue hue and light style. Aside from the performance tracker for each team member, I didn't include any fancy features. I took care of user onboarding and left few tips for better engagement. As for the rest, I'll let your excellent input assist me. If you have any questions, please ask them in the comments section and I'll do my best to respond.

For this challenge, I made a sales management plus team management dashboard named "Salesify". The Salesify dashboard starts with the main dashboard that contains sections like Daily sales reports, Top Products, Top Performers, Task Counts, and Completed tasks. It also has a team and employee analysis dashboard that displays insights about the employee, team strengths, team divisions, and top performers as well. It also has a team dashboard where you can access the details of the employee of any team and can also add new members as well. The fourth and final screen that I have made is the top performer's screen that displays the positions of the top performers. I hope you all will like my design and provide your valuable feedback.

For this week challenge I have come up with this solution Which will solve the problem “When someone from my team makes a sale, I want to be able to track it, so I can reward the top sellers and increase sales through friendly competition” problem is divided into 2 part one to solve a way to track all sells generated by the team member and way to set a friendly relation among team member and admin so i done some research and took inspiration and created a dashboard design for admin which consist of a graph overall income generated by hole team and which can be filtered by week month year an a team member panel which shows many people are in your team a section which shows who is current top seller today and this week and this month so admin can easily reward them and a section which section where it shows major event related to team member such as birthday of team member and a person is performing over chart so admin can easily interact with them build good base relation with team and a dashboard for seller which can be accessed by admin account which shows all the details of particular team member Total customer gained and message section to interact with team member Graph of sells done according to Date Order tracking section Thank you all

Hello! This is my first Crowwwn submission so any feedback is appreciated. I don't really know a lot about business but I thought the best way to do research was ask real people. I went to my sales friends who would have great ideas for this design. Once I got my research done, I started to create a leaderboard where the user can see where their teammates sit and information on their sales. In the sign up section, I added a company selector so multiple companies could use the same app. There are some extra pages added for more information like a home page and a place to add/edit your own stats. Im happy to have entered and I hope I solved some companies problem.

This dashboard is designed to help managers / team leaders as well as team members to track the sales person with the most sales and encourage friendly competition. It also helps to keep a track of the progress of tasks and provides analysis on sales insights.

I began this challenge by researching other current sales apps in order to see their initial designs. I knew I had a goal in mind for this challenge: to make sales competition more of a "game", and to gameify it, I had a few ideas. First, I decided to encourage rankings, but as a leaderboard that tracked sales numbers. I wanted to have both team functions and individual functions, and I wanted to examine this from the perspective of the assigned challenge: i.e. from a manager, and not from a team member. I wanted to see immediate sales numbers and updates. I then decided that having different leaderboards for different periods of time made sense, as yearly and quarterly numbers are often just as important as monthly numbers. Finally, I thought including a chat that would allow collaboration, encouragement, and other messages would be constructive for everyone involved. It would allow employees to offer tips and help to each other, and it would allow the manager to directly support and encourage their workers. This sense of "gamifying" things encouraged the color palette and the use of Nunito, a rounded and more fun font to me. I built this design in Figma with the help of many, many plug-ins.

Hi everyone! I started by writing down the challenge and focusing on the objective at hand. Before arriving at the solution, I wanted to understand the problem space better. I formed some questions on how I could address the problems. How can I incentivize salespeople to actually use the solution, make the reward feel rewarding enough, and actually increase productivity instead of making it feel like a task? I also wanted a way for the supervisor to analyze how their team was doing and reward people accordingly. After some brainstorming, and thinking about what I would want in my office, I came to two conclusions- Employees want to take a break from work and want something personal which can vary between people. A gamer would wanna play games instead of working, a foodie would want free food, and someone who doesn't like their job would want time away from it. I wanted to make my system a reward system for the employees with some healthy competition. I considered adding a leaderboard but I thought it would make the people at the bottom feel unmotivated to work if the gap was too large. I also thought that both the size of the sales, as well as the number of sales should factor in when picking someone to reward. And therefore, SalesBOSS was born! It's a small-scale app designed specifically for keeping track of sales and rewarding members of one office. The home page contains a featured poster- showcasing the salesperson with the biggest sale of the month, with the idea of making the person there feel like a champion and make the others want to be there. It also displays a live feed of sales as they happen, letting both supervisors, as well as other employees, see how their peers are doing and motivate them to step their game up if they want rewards. One can click on a sale card to see detailed information about the sale and track the order status. The statistics page shows the overall stats of the sales team, as well as the best performers in several different categories. We can also click on a salesperson and go to their profile, showing their in-depth stats for the month. Since logically, experienced salespeople will have more sales than new members, there is also a growth compared to last month's stat, giving them a fair chance to win rewards too. The profile also shows the rewards they prefer based on their impression of their performance this month. Finally, there is the rewards page itself, where employees can select rewards that they would like, displaying them on their profile page. The monthly highlights give everyone a fair chance at earning rewards and not just have someone snowballing all of them. Monthly reset also means people who didn't make it won't feel bad about losing and the people who did won't get to brag about it once the month is over, aka inducing a friendly competition. This system also helps the boss see how the employees have done in terms of sales, see key highlights as well as growth as a factor, and then deem whom they think to be worthy of rewards. The rewards being personal may act as an incentive to work hard, play hard. Some of the rewards include napping during work for an hour, watching tv for a bit at work, free dinner at their favorite restaurant, etc. Having the choice to pick what suits you the most, alongside the reward feeling like an actual reward instead of just acknowledgment may act as a strong incentive to increase productivity.

This is my very first challenge. I had a great time designing for this challenge and surely gained really good insights to more of designing aspects. Every little feedback presented is appreciated.

It was like last night study before exam enjoyed it !!

So for this week's challenge The team leader can basically see the leader board of the entire department and can as well evaluate the team's performance on the leader board provided

I noted the required conditions and researched them and designed the UI to meet the stated conditions. There's a bar graph to track each member's sales progress during the day. The team leader can easily view individual members' performances and reward them accordingly.

Hello, to complete this challenge i searched about sales and its important aspects and saw many apps then tried to design this dashboard , i hope i will get feedback.

I created an app to track sales for a company including the individual sales of staff. This app would let you track individual sales and organize them based on daily, weekly, and monthly sales as well as by points. I incorporated a point system so employees could earn points and redeem them for prizes. This would help foster friendly competition and give an extra incentive for making sales. I am a UX Design student and would appreciate any feedback, thanks!

Here is my design for this week challenge. It took me some time to think about the flow of the app and how to make it simple and easy to use. Here is the app description : 1. There are two account types : manager and seller. 2. Manager account can track sales of the team members and reward them accordingly. But it can't add a sale (well you know he is manager). 3. Seller account belongs to seller. He can track his own and his team members track sales and can add only his own sale by scanning or taking the picture of the receipt. He cannot reward or add sale of other. 4. The home screen has general sale leader board based on sales of team members throughout week. The graph depicts company overall sales. 5. From the team page one can track individual sales of team members and their log. One can choose to track the sales of different date also (on home screen too). That is all the app is about. Do provide feedbacks and necessary critique.

I did research and i solved the problem

Seeing the challenge, I had an idea for creating an app that would list your salespeople. Each of them can be chosen and statistics can be obtained for their work. Additionally, each seller owned the application and entered his own sales. From the menu (on the top right) you can choose current ranking and see who has earned the most from their sales.

With a focus on reaching goals and tracking goals, I wanted individuals and teams to easily track their goals and do it in an easy and user friendly way. Right away, the dashboard displays the team's monthly goals, the top 5 sellers (adjustable by dropdown), and the most recent seller. If you have certain employees you want to follow-up on, you can easily click the "+" sign on each employee name/profile and keep up with their activity. We then have the competition feature which facilitates a friendly contest to reach the goal the fastest and a way to keep track of employee sales. You can also compete with other regions/departments within the company. Lastly, you have the employee page which displays the sales the employee has made and their total, last 30 days, etc. sales.

Since the main purpose of the idea is to let the team leader know who has done higher number of sales so that he/she can reward them and maintain a healthy competition in the group. Lets point out the major objectives/goals the solution should achieve, * list of executives in the order of number of sales they made in a particular time period like month, year. [leaderboard](Main Goal) * notifying the leader with the sales details and time in a particular day so that he will be informed about the sale. [recent sales] *Members menu bar to manage the existing sales executive's details and to add new joiner's details. * To manage his/her personal details like email id, password and preferences like notification settings and logout. [My Profile] UI choices : basically when the user opens the app they should feel more happier and motivated to know the data so i tried to keep it more minimal as possible to avoid distraction and stick to the necessary details to be shown. The typography should be more legible and professional rather than more stylist type. I used Inter as the typography style and a light grey gradient s background to give a subtle feel. I gave my best try since i started a few months back and will be grateful to receive a feedback to improve myself.
